The Transition Housing is located in the
Pearl District of
Portland, Oregon.

Emotional transitions are an intangible experience. As is the energy from a light source. A source within.

The first floor consists of resources surrounding short term transition. From the hour to the night. There are amenities such as a child daycare, animal grooming and care, lockers, bike storage, a mail box, a computer room and a kitchen.

The large atrium is intentionally left open for modular equipment to go in and out of. Cots, tables, and places to relax. To name a few.

As you go up, levels 2-5 are geared towards longer term transition. From a few weeks to a few years.

There are 30 studio apartments

and 9 two bedrooms
